Sabah election: Despite being left out, PAS will campaign for Perikatan

PUTRAJAYA — Sept 14, 2020: PAS is not slighted despite being left out by its allies and in fact will help campaign for the Perikatan Nasional alliance of which it is a part.

Party deputy president and environment and water minister Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man, who is going to Kota Kinabalu tomorrow, said the party’s machinery will not be distracted even where the allies are contesting against each other.

PAS has about 20 branches in Sabah with a total of 20,000 members.

The allies of PAS — Barisan Nasional is putting up 41 candidates, Perikatan 29, Parti Perpaduan Rakyat Sabah 23 and Parti Bersatu Sabah 22.
