RMAF mercy flight brings baby to IJN

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 21 2018 : The Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) today undertook a mercy flight to bring a 31-day-old baby girl from Kuala Terengganu to the National Heart Institute (IJN) here.

It flew the baby of Zulaiha Mohd Ghani in a CN-235 transport aircraft to the Subang Airbase, departing Kuala Terengganu at 8 am and arriving at the airbase at 9.10 am, the RMAF said in a statement.

It said the aircraft was piloted by Capt Emy Hazrie Nor Azmi with Capt Mohamed Hafizan Mos as the co-pilot and a crew of five.

Two doctors, Dr Muhammad Hafiz Lutfi Yahya and Dr Teng Cheah Herng, were also on the flight, it said. – Bernama
