PR1MA’s exposition offers affordable homes at discounted rates

KUALA LUMPUR – November 27, 2015: The 1Malaysia People’s Housing Corporation (PR1MA) has kicked off its inaugural nationwide three-days property exposition in Kuala Lumpur, starting today until Nov 29.

The event dubbed as ‘Ekspo Rumah PR1MA’ is held at the Putra World Trade Center (PWTC) from 10am to 8pm, are currently showcasing PR1MA developments particularly those in Pahang, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Cyberjaya, Melaka and Negeri Sembilan.

The event, which is set to be one of the largest of its kind offers up to 20 per cent discount to more than 220,000 units of affordable homes.

PR1MA’s personnels will assist visitors on the proper way to apply for PR1MA homes.

Visitors can register and submit their PR1MA application during the three-days exposition.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Datuk Abdul Mutalib Alias said the programme is an interactive platform for the public to find out in greater detail about PR1MA products including the conditions and the correct way to apply for affordable homes.

Among PR1MA properties that are being showcased are PR1MA @ Pandan Indah (450 units), PR1MA @ Kajang (393 units), PR1MA @ Cyberjaya (794 units), PR1MA @ Templer’s Park (1,716 unit) and PR1MA @ Alam Damai (2,074 units).

Last month, PR1MA had hold a similar event in Sungai Petani, Kedah where its chief executive officer Datuk Abdul Mutalib Alias said the company expects to fulfill its 240,000 units requirement by the end of 2015.

PR1MA, has been mandated by the government to develop 80,000 homes annually.

PR1MA currently has 65,000 units under construction which would be handed over to the buyers upon completion tenure of two to three years.
