KUALA LUMPUR — Nov. 7, 2017: Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua or Perodua is offering help to owners of Perodua vehicles affected by the recent massive floods.
The aid includes a 20 per cent discount on selected parts and free inspections to determine the extent of the damage.
A Perodua statement today says that the spare parts include all electronic items, carpet, seats, door trims and engine overhaul gasket.
Perodua Sales managing director, Datuk Dr. Zahari Husin, said the value-added services would help lighten the burden of Perodua’s customers.
“As a few of our service centres in Penang were affected by the floods, customers can refer to our service outlets in Juru, Prai and Kulim.
“We are doing our best to resume operations as quickly as possible,” Zahari said.
Perodua’s customers can call the toll-free customer careline at 1-800-88-5555 for towing assistance. They can also dial the number to find out the status of their car’s delivery.
The flash floods crippled many parts of Penang as roads were inundated, trees uprooted and properties damaged. — Bernama
