KUALA LUMPUR — April 23, 2019: Today’s hearing was told by a party executive secretary that Penang Umno received RM1 million from party headquarters in 2015 for the purposes of administration and welfare programmes after a written request was made.

Part of the money was used to provide free legal clinics for people to understand land right matters and entrepreneurial courses for single mothers.
