KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 25 2018 : More Proton Holdings Bhd’s (Proton) dealers have upgraded their operation centres to offer customers sales, service and spare parts, as well as body and paint services under one roof.
In a statement today, Proton said five dealers had upgraded to 3S (centres which offers sales, service and spare parts) and 4S (centres which offers sales, service, spare parts and body and paint services).
The national carmaker said this was the second batch of dealers signing up under its Dealers Network Upgrade agreement, while following in the footsteps of four others who had done so in December last year.
“The fact that we have more dealers joining in to upgrade their outlets proves there are businessmen out there who believe in the Proton brand and have utmost confidence that this partnership will elevate it to greater heights, while increasing presence in the industry,” said Chief Executive Officer, Dr Li Chunrong.
Proton said it had been making headway with its incentive programmes for existing dealers to upgrade their centres to 3S and 4S, to standardise sales and services offered to all customers, while ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a key priority for business. – Bernama
