Jho Low to be charged in absentia with four others today

KUALA LUMPUR — Dec. 4, 2018: Fugitive Malaysian businessman  Low Taek Jho or Jho Low and four others will be charged in absentia here today.

It is understood that all of them will be charged over the 1Malaysia Development Berhad case.

According to media reports, Jho Low, who is being hunted by police and wanted in Malaysia, is believed to be hiding either in China or Abu Dhabi but his actual whereabouts is not known.

Prior to this, Malaysian Immigration revoked Jho Low’s passport at the request of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission. — Bernama
