Former Kota Tinggi MP faces more bribery charges

KUALA LUMPUR — Feb. 13, 2019: Former Kota Tinggi MP Datuk Noor Ehsanuddin Mohd. Harun today faced another 14 counts of accepting bribes of RM23,000 from a printing company to pay for his car.

Ehsanuddin,56, also formerly a board member of Felda, was accused of receiving the bribes in 2014 and 2015 from Karya Hidayah Sdn. Bhd. which he knew was related to his official duty.

Bernama said he will face more charges in Shah Alam tomorrow.

On Sunday, Ehsanuddin pleaded not guilty in Johor Bahru to two charges of accepting bribes of RM50,000 and a piece of land from the same printing company in 2013 and 2014. — Bernama
