PUTRAJAYA — May 22, 2020: Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has been placed under a 14-day self-quarantine after an officer who was at a meeting on Wednesday tested positive.

Muhyiddin, who went for screening this morning, tested negative.

Nevertheless, according to the law, the PM has to be in self-quarantine at home for 14 days beginning Friday evening, said a statement from the PM’s Office.

Everyone at the post-Cabinet meeting has also been ordered to go for screening and a similar self-quarantine.
