IS he courting the Barisan Nasional? This is the question being asked in reaction to KITA president Zaid Ibrahim's recent statements.
Zaid's shift was significant when the former Umno and PKR man openly apologised to Umno president and Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak soon after the latter announced that he was repealing the Internal Security Act.
A blogger considers Zaid’s recent moves as wanting to take the middle road, refusing to criticise blindly or for the sake or criticising just for the sake of it.
But she (the blogger) acknowledges that as a former minister in charge of law Zaid has the locus standi to give his inputs to the transformation plans as announced by Najib.
