Mercedes-Benz filed patent for 4-door SLS

According to the patent filing, the four-door SLS will have upward gullwing opening for the front and rearward opening 'suicide' doors for the rear.

Mercedes-Benz is at it again, pushing the envelope of design with this patent filing for a four-door SLS sports car.

It appears that the unique design involves using front gullwing doors and rear 'suicide' doors in the way of the Mazda RX-8.

We do not have any more information on this interesting vehicle and we welcome anyone who can translate the German patent filing into English or Malay.
